How to measure:
Measure your height without shoes. Use your usual body weight. For underbust, place the measuring tape directly under the breasts and keep it level around your body. For bust, measure around the fullest part of the breasts without pulling the tape tightly.

Important: Keep the measuring tape level and use the same unit (inches) for all three body measurements.

How should you understand this result?

The reference range is a general educational estimate based on body proportions and measurement relationships. It is not a medical standard, diagnosis, or ideal breast size.

Breast size naturally varies between individuals because of genetics, age, hormones, body composition, pregnancy, breastfeeding and many other factors.

If your current measurement is below or above the reference range, that does not automatically mean that anything is wrong or needs to be changed.

🔒 Want to Discuss Your Result Privately?
